From model file to slicer
Choose a static GLB, set the intended height, then download the binary STL. Open it in PrusaSlicer, Cura or your preferred slicer and confirm the dimensions before adding supports. Keep the original GLB if you need its materials later.

What is supported?
Self-contained GLB 2.0 triangle meshes, including multiple mesh parts and their transforms. This first version requires static, uncompressed geometry. Apply instances, skinning and poses in your 3D editor before exporting. Draco, Meshopt, animated meshes and morph targets are not supported. Materials and images are ignored because STL stores geometry only.
Is this free? Does it change Studio downloads?
Converting a GLB already on your device is free and does not use Image3D credits. Generating a new model and downloading it from Studio follow the existing account and plan rules. This tool cannot retrieve locked Studio assets.
Why did my textures disappear?
STL cannot carry PBR materials, color textures, rigs or animation. Use GLB for textured previews and STL for a geometry handoff. See the format guide before choosing.
What if the slicer reports errors?
Check disconnected parts, thin walls, orientation and non-manifold geometry. Use your slicer or modeling software to inspect and repair the mesh. Converting the extension does not make those defects disappear. A successful slice is still not proof of a successful physical print.
