FLORA 3D Node vs Image-to-3D: Canvas Workflow or Direct Export?
FLORA turns a 3D asset into a node you can stage and reuse across a creative canvas. Image3D is a direct route from a reference image to a model preview and export.
What the 3D Node adds
The official 3D Node documentation describes text, single-image and two-to-four-view generation, using compatible models. The model menu includes Tripo H3.1, Rodin v2.5, Meshy 6/7 and other options. Inputs vary by model; not every choice accepts text or multiple views.
A live viewer supports staging and capture for stills, video and turntable outputs. Listed exports include GLB, OBJ, STL, PLY and USDZ, with browser-side conversion. Imports require a self-contained GLB, up to 100 MB. These details describe FLORA, not additional Image3D export formats.

A practical canvas handoff
If you already have several views, check that they show the same object with consistent proportions and accessories. Different objects or changed geometry are conflicting evidence, not extra detail. Once generated, orbit the asset and inspect occluded areas before spending time staging a polished shot.
For a GLB import, package textures and buffers inside the file. An asset that looks correct on your computer may rely on sidecar files; those dependencies matter when another application accepts only self-contained GLB. After converting to another format, reopen the exported artifact in its intended destination. A screenshot of the node is not proof that materials survived conversion.
What this comparison does not promise
A turntable image sequence is useful for presentations, but it is not a substitute for an editable mesh when your next task is geometry editing. Likewise, exported GLB or OBJ is not a native Blender project. Neither workflow here promises one-click .blend delivery.
