Welcome to Image3D. By accessing or using image3d.io (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service.

1. Description of Service

Image3D is an AI-powered platform that generates 3D models from text prompts or reference images. The Service includes a web-based studio, 3D viewer, asset management, and related tools.

2. Accounts

To use certain features, you must sign in via Google or email link. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account. You must not share your account with others or use another person's account.

3. Credits and Payments

• The Service operates on a credit-based system. Each 3D generation consumes credits.
• Credits can be purchased as one-time packs or through monthly subscriptions.
• All payments are processed by Stripe. Prices are in USD.
• Refund Policy: Credits are non-refundable once purchased. Subscription cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period — no partial refunds are issued.
• We reserve the right to change pricing with reasonable notice.

4. Subscriptions

• Subscriptions auto-renew monthly unless cancelled.
• You can cancel your subscription at any time through the Billing Portal (accessible from your Dashboard).
• Upon cancellation, you retain access until the end of your current billing period.
• Unused credits from subscriptions do not roll over to the next month.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service to generate content that is illegal, harmful, or violates the rights of others
• Upload copyrighted images without proper authorization
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, exploit, or abuse the Service
• Use automated tools to scrape or overload the Service
• Resell or redistribute the Service itself (generated 3D models are yours to use)

6. Intellectual Property

• Your Content: You retain ownership of images you upload. You grant us a limited license to process them for 3D generation.
• Generated Output: 3D models generated through the Service are yours to use for personal and commercial purposes, subject to these Terms.
• Our Service: The Image3D platform, branding, and technology are our intellectual property. These Terms do not grant you any rights to our trademarks or proprietary technology.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that generated models will meet your specific requirements.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Image3D shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or data, arising from your use of the Service.

9. Account Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms or engage in abusive behavior. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. Any remaining credits are forfeited.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms. We will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page.
